Tay Arrow Sherman (they/them) is an activist, writer, painter & entrepreneur based in Southern California, where they live with their two children & two cats. They hold a BA & MA in English, & an MBA focused on nonprofit organization & entrepreneurship. Tay began their involvement in youth rights movements in the late 80's, & spent many years working towards creating equitable educational communities & opportunities for youth. They connected with the We Warned Them Campaign through their work with the National Youth Rights Association, & hope that other allies will join survivors of the "Troubled Teen" Industry in advocating to put an end to the proliferation of abuses suffered by youth interned in the TTI.
