Every year, survivors, allies, and impacted family members whose loved ones unjustly died at UHS facilities, gather at UHS headquarters to raise awareness about the dangers of institutionalization. The greatest form of solidarity is showing up.

The purpose of this toolkit is to inspire action by providing survivors, advocates and allies with specific tools/resources to take the critical actions necessary to protect at-risk youth. If we collectively take direct action in our communities, it will be impossible to not see the ripples of change.
